Your documents are stored using Supabase, a third-party cloud infrastructure provider, in secured storage. Access to your documents is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security, meaning other users cannot access your files. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to retain your own original documents and not to rely on Proovi as your only copy.
