These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proovi application and website at proovi.co (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wyn Commerce LLC ("Proovi," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Proovi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Proovi is a digital tool that allows you to securely store and quickly access copies of your personal immigration-related documents. Proovi provides storage and retrieval functionality only.
Proovi is not a legal service and does not provide immigration, legal, or other professional advice. Digital copies stored in Proovi are for your personal reference and convenience. They do not replace original documents, and storing a document in Proovi does not satisfy any legal requirement to carry or present an original document. For legal assistance, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
To use Proovi you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proovi.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Proovi is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may include monthly and annual plans.
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Charges will appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* PROOVI. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Proovi a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising. Our handling of Your Content is described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep Proovi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Offline access to previously loaded documents may be available but is not guaranteed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free. You are responsible for retaining your own original documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyn Commerce LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
