Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for a Proovi subscription. It applies to all purchases of the Service operated by Wyn Commerce LLC ("Proovi," "we," "us," or "our").

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase

1. 30-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with Proovi, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal charge. We want you to feel confident trying Proovi, and this guarantee lets you do so risk-free.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@proovi.co from the email address associated with your account, and include the approximate date of purchase. We will process eligible refund requests promptly.

Because payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle. You may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt you received at the time of purchase.

3. After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that period ends.

4. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will work with you in line with this policy.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith, are fraudulent, or that abuse this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Refunds are issued at our discretion in such cases.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by contacting support@proovi.co or by using the subscription management link provided in your Paddle purchase receipt. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of past charges except as described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
